USelf Labs is a software lab in Vietnam focused on AI agent systems, software architecture, and developer automation tooling.
How USelf Labs came about
USelf Labs started from one question that kept coming up in day-to-day engineering work: how do you make an AI coding agent genuinely usable inside a real codebase, rather than merely impressive in a demo. Answering it turned into a set of reusable rules and skillsets. In parallel, the self-published apps and games on Google Play do the checking: a principle only counts as usable once it has survived inside a product with real users.
How the work is done
No invented code
Every API and library is verified to actually exist before it reaches the codebase.
Proven by tests
Test-Driven Development throughout. A feature counts as done when a test proves it.
Minimal friction
The simplest solution that solves the problem, with no abstraction layer nobody asked for.
Modular by default
Clear boundaries between modules, so changing one part does not drag the rest along.
